Meet Anne Anderson, MACCC
Audiologist in Mount Arlington & Denville NJ
Anne Anderson is our full-time audiologist. Anne graduated from William Paterson College in Wayne, New Jersey with a BA in Speech Pathology. She went on to earn her Masters in Audiology from Montclair State College. Anne has special training in Electrocochleography, Electronystagmography (used to diagnose balance disorders), Otoacoustic Emissions and Auditory Brainstem Evoked Response testing. Anne has been a practicing audiologist for the past 20 years and has a wealth of experience in dealing with children and adults. Anne holds both a license to dispense hearing aids and a N. J. Audiology license. She also holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Anne currently dispenses hearing aids, swim plugs, musician’s plugs and assistive listening devices through our office.
Meet Matthew Figueiras, AuD

Dr. Mathew Figueiras completed his bachelors of science in Audiology and Speech Pathology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. His doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) was completed at Montclair State University. His passion for audiology stems from a long-standing exposure to the field through personal, academic, and professional experiences. Mathew comes from a family deeply seeded in Communication Science Disorders, with numerous family members currently practicing as Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiology throughout the tri-state area.
His eight-year undergraduate and graduate education focused primarily in audiology. This included extensive training in hospitals, private practices, and schools across New Jersey. During his graduate education, he trained at the Montclair State University Center for Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, St. Joseph’s Childrens Hospital, The Lake Drive Program for children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing and JFK Rehabilitation Center. Mathew completed his clinical fellowship year at University Hospital in Newark. His diverse training allowed him to obtain vast clinical skills including comprehensive audiologic and vestibular evaluations for the pediatric, adult, geriatric, and special needs populations.
Mathew’s strong family ties, education and consistent exposure to the Communication Science Disorders guided him to dedicate his life to advocating for those with communication deficits and ultimately led him to his career as an audiologist at Advanced Hearing Aid Associates.
Meet Jeffrey H. Aroesty, MD
ENT Doctor in Mount Arlington & Denville
Dr. Aroesty earned his medical degree from the State University of New York, Brooklyn in 1988. He went on to Staten Island University Hospital for his 2 year surgical residency followed by a four year residency in Otolaryngology at SUNY/Brooklyn. He was Chief Resident in Otolaryngology from 1993-1994. Dr. Aroesty started in private practice in 1994 and became Board Certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in 1995. In 1998 he became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In 2010, Dr. Aroesty was recognized as a distinguished member of the American Board of General Surgery. Dr. Aroesty treats both pediatric and adult patients. He is a highly skilled head and neck surgeon, well-versed in treating a variety of maladies affecting the head, neck and thyroid, in addition to non-surgical and surgical treatment of sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, otitis media and other diseases of the ears, nose and throat. Dr. Aroesty also is trained to perform an in-office procedure to help alleviate snoring and mild to moderate Sleep Apnea. He is affiliated with St. Clares Health System and Ridgedale Surgery Center. He participates in a wide variety of insurances including Horizon, Aetna, Cigna and Healthnet.
